In the School of Computing Science, entrants to the undergraduate programs have varying degrees of competence in Mathematics, depending on their entry route. This course is meant to ensure all students have a basic understanding of those topics in Mathematics that are deemed important pre-requisites for undergraduate programs in Computing Science and Software Engineering.
